Laguna Lake (Ngade Lake)

 

Laguna Lake or Ngade Lake is a tourist destination in Ternate which is located in Ngade Village, Fitu Village, Ternate City, North Maluku Province, Indonesia. What makes this lake unique is that Laguna Ngade Lake is located close to the sea. This is what makes this lake a truly amazing sight.

Laguna Ngade Lake is under the foot of Mount Gamalama Ternate. From the center of Ternate City to the location of this lake, you have to cover a distance of approximately 10 km. Travel time by land is approximately 30 to 45 minutes, using a motorbike or car. If you don't have a personal vehicle, you can rent a car at rates ranging from IDR 100,000 to IDR 150,000 to the Ngade Lake location.

Every Saturday and Sunday, this place is crowded with tourists. Both locally, outside the area such as from Java Island to foreign countries. Laguna Ngade Lake is open 24 hours throughout the week to visit. At the location of Lake Laguna Ngade, tourists are not charged a retribution. It is enough to pay IDR 5,000 for parking for two-wheeled vehicles, and IDR 10,000 for four-wheeled vehicles.
